Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory aged 25 years old sits in his office at Beltane Manor and he is distracted and he can’t focus on his paperwork in front of him.

He wonders why and he gets from his desk in his office and he walks over to the book shelf and he starts looking at the books in the book shelf and he notices a floral design notebook and it labed “My favorite songs.” 

Lord Andrew Charles looks at the notebook and he takes it and walks over to the couch in his office and sits down and opens it.

The notebook is a list of all of Lady Karissa ‘s favorite songs from Planet Earth and he starts to thumb through it and he notices one song “If I Could Turn Back Time By Cher.

Lord Andrew Charles reads the lyrics of the song sung by Cher so long ago and he thinks

Lord Andrew Charles thinks about the time  he met Karissa and they had a Sunday picnic together and how he kept bothering her but he didn’t get the message.

In the beginning he was merizeised by her and he loved her so much and he still does, but marriage changed everything between them.

Lord Andrew Charles, a young man driven by power to become Duke of Norfolk Territory needed a child to advance to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory to save everything that his 

great-great-grandfather had started on Star Base 12 when he first arrived in 2159.

How could he just let everything  his great-great-grandfather slip away, well he couldn't, he noticed Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell on the day she arrived on Star Base 12 in 2274.

Lord Andrew Charles continues to thumb the notebook an he sees another song   Time In Bottle By the Late Jim Croce and he reads the lyrics to the beautiful song

Lord Andrew Charles tells himself “Yes is this song I feel about Lady Karissa ,

Lady Karissa walks into the room and looks at Lord Andrew Charles and she asks, “What is it Andrew Charles? You look distracted.” 

“I became distracted with my work  Karissa and I couldn’t bring myself to do my paperwork.: Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“Have you ever considered that you need a break from the paperwork?” Lady Karissa asks.

“JIm Croce had a tragic life. He was so promising but when he was going to a concert he was killed in an airplane accident.” Lady Karissa tells him.

“I loved the one song Roller Derby Queen.”Lady Karissa tells him “It really rocked.”

“When in high school we used to get up and dance and clap our hands to it.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

I have no doubt that your great-great-grandfather didn’t share such memories when he was growing up on Planet Earth in England.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“Dad told me he left a journal he kept and he wrote about England, trips to London and Norfolk and his last trip to The Battle of Bosworth Field to pay a final respect to our gallant ancestors, Lord John Howard and Lord Walter Devereux.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“My great-great grandfather wrote this entry in his journal and Lord Andrew Charles reads “ April 28, 2153, Lady Margaret with her brother, Lord Walter and his wife, Lady Helen and I have to make a final journey out to Bosworth field to pay our final respects and place a white reef of white roses on their graves.” Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa .

“No one believed Noah about the flood but he still listened to his God and did what he was told to do.”Lady Karissa states.

“They thought Noah was insane when he started to build the ark but he did anyway and then it started to rain and it never ended and everyone drowned but Noah and his family and the animals that he saved.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“Your great-great-grandfather asked only those important aristocratic families along with two or three good gentry families to accompany your great-great-grandmother and him on The USS Excalibur on April 30, 2153 and the next day his whole world changed in an blink of an eye.” Lady Karissa explains.

“It takes a major disaster to get anyone to listen like a flood or a World War for people to wake up and realize that The Gods and Goddesses in a  blink of an eye can and will destroy us once for all.” Lady Karissa states.

“My great-great-grandfather wrote when he found out that he had lost his entire family in the first blast of nuclear war that it crushed him and he begged them to come with him but they refused.” Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa.

“Lord Patrick saved his wife, brother in law and his wife and many other families he deemed worth saving but they listened and no one else would.” Lady Karissa explains.

“Do you remember the Sunday picnic we had together when I first met you, Lady Karissa ?” Lord Andrew Charles asks.

“Why of course I do. We had a picnic at the park near Madame’s Boarding House. Madame packed us a picnic lunch and we sat on my blanket I brought with me from Planet Earth, and I brought my old fashioned radio for music and we sat in the park .” Lady Karissa tells him.

“We had such a good time that day. I wish we could do it again. Just you and me.” Lord Andrew Charles asks.

“I think I could arrange that.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“You are becoming nostalgic and you long for the good old days once again.” Lady Karissa explains.

“I really wish I had been born into a country squire family where life wasn’t so complicated.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“I agree that would be nice, but it isn’t so, Lord Andrew Charles. You are Duke of Norfolk Territory and you can’t wish it away like you want.” Lady Karissa states. 

“Lady Elizabeth is just a baby and so is Lady Samhain.” Lady Karissa tells him.

“Give more responsibility to your brothers and you will have more time to spend with your family.” Lady Karissa tells  him.

“I mean they are your father’s sons too, and they need some responsibility.” Lady Karissa states.

Lord Andrew Charles tells her “ Dad told me the same thing and I plan to tell Lord Charles Andrew III that he is second in command of Norfolk Territory and he is co-regent of Norfolk until Lady Elizabeth can govern on her own.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“Andrew Charles. Have you ever heard the saying “All work and no play makes Jack a very dull boy?” Lady Karissa asks.

“No. I haven’t heard that saying.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“You are becoming Jack and you are becoming the dull boy because all you do is work and you have no fun.” Lady Karissa states.

“You are still young, why don’t you embrace life.” Lady Karissa tells him.

“There must have been something you wanted to be or inspired to do before all this responsibility was placed on you.” Lady Karissa states.

“There was and it was to return back to Star Fleet Academy and continue my studies as an engineer.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I think that is a very good idea as I have wanted to enroll in pre-med classes and pursue a degree in medical science and pediatrics.’ Lady Karissa states.

“Lady Elizabeth and Samhain could attend the daycare center there and learn to get along with other children.” Lady Karissa states.

“Children need other children as adults need other adults.” Lady Karissa explains.

“I think we should enroll in a couple of classes for the first semester and this way we will be much happier as just Lt Andrew Charles Howard and Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

Lord Andrew Charles looks at Lady Karissa and he answers “We will do it and see how it works out.” 

Lady Karissa smiles and says' You will be happier than if you follow your dreams and let your brother co-govern Norfolk Territory.’ Lady Karissa tells him.

Lord Andrew Charles and Lady Karissa decide to return to StarFleet Academy and pursue their careers at Star-Fleet Academy.
