Fly Me To The Moon

Fly Me To The Moon

By Frank Sinatra

Fly me to the moon

Let me play among the stars

Let me see what spring is like on

A-Jupiter and Mars

In other words, hold my hand

In other words, baby, kiss me

Fill my heart with song and let me sing forevermore

You are all I long for

All I worship and adore

In other words, please be true

In other words, I love you

Fill my heart with song

Let me sing forevermore

You are all I long for, all I worship and adore

In other words, please be true

In other words

In other words

I love you

Lord Andrew Charles Howard was not born a romantic at heart, but he became one through his wife, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann who loved  all things romantic.

She was a young woman who wore her heart on her sleeve, perhaps she lived in her own private world with her children, and her garden.

She taught her children to love the same things in life and they worshiped your creator first and foremost, your family second, and your work third.

She would teach her children the importance of good manners, morals and decency and she would introduce to her children the need to dress in a decent and modest style, especially her daughters.

She would teach them love to dance, sing, the love of art, literature, and music. And the importance of respecting their ancestors because she would tell them without them none of us would exist.

Lord Andrew Charles was born into a very distinguished aristocratic house and his father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR was bound to duty, but his mother, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart was a highland lass and she loved poetry, music, art, literature, and dancing.

While she was married to Lord Charles Andrew  JR she would struggle to teach their five children how to love music, art, dancing and singing along with the love of literature and she would teach her daughters and sons how to dance together as she told them the time will come you will have to dance with your spouse at your wedding or another occasion.

Lady Patricia knew that none of her sons would be like but more like their father but her daughters, Lady Patricia and Lady Charlotte Augusta would grow up with the romance that she taught them.

Lady Patricia watched her youngest child and son, Lord Andrew Charles grow up and she called him to her side “ My dear son, Lord Andrew Charles. The time will come one day that you will need to become more romantic if you want to catch the right lady in your life.”

“I beseech you, don’t think romance and sex are the same  because they are not. You must learn to respect young women as if you don’t. One might possibly slap you across your face and you will deserve it.” Lady Patricia states.

“Don’t try to steal a kiss as you will be slapped and you realize that they won’t take it and they will warn you next time there might not be a next time.” Lady Patricia tells him.

“You are undoubtedly good looking as all The Howard men are, but you also inherited some of your good looks from my side of the family.

“My brother, Lord Alexander Charles Stuart, is very good looking.” Lady Patricia explains.” and he could have had any young woman in Lennox Territory but no he chose Lady Elizabeth Valois, a young French woman and their eldest child, Lord Alexander Charles II is very good looking as well.’

“Lord Charles Andrew III has rugged looks, but Lord Patrick William II has inherited the best of both your father and I and her face softens as Lord Patrick William II is her favorite son.

“Lady Patricia is beautiful with her reddish blonde hair, peach and cream complexion and Lady Charlotte Augusta has golden blonde hair and golden complexion and she is very beautiful, but you got both of all worlds.” Lady Patricia tells her.

Lord Andrew Charles learns to dance as his mother but he never learned the art of romance until he met Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard was drawn to Karissa when he first saw her when she arrived on Star Base 12 on the arm of Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley and she dressed in old fashion Regency style dress and Lord Andrew Charles was drawn to her immediately and he smiled and asked to be introduced to her.

Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell was old fashioned in many aspects such as dress and style, but when it came to her views on marriage and children it was a different story.

Karissa wanted children but no husband as she views a husband as a sticky commodity that would limit her freedom and she didn’t want that.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard on the other hand wanted a marriage with children and he wasn’t nearly as progressive in his thinking as Karissa .

Lord Andrew Charles insisted upon marriage whereas Karissa would only agree to it if their first child was a daughter or no marriage.

Lord Andrew Charles continued to pursue Karissa  until he found out what she wanted and when she told him the one thing I want more in this world is a daughter that I will name Elizabeth Victoria Anne Beltane.”  Karissa tells him.

“What if I can give you that daughter? Will you marry me?” Lord Andrew Charles asks.

“What proof is there that our first encounter will give me my daughter?” Karissa asks.

“Karissa , no man can guarantee you a daughter during the first try.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“I can promise you a healthy child and that child will become the next Duke or Duchess of Norfolk Territory after us.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“What kind of lover are you, Andrew Charles Howard?” Karissa asks “Are you romantic and passionate?”

Lord Andrew Charles doesn’t know how to quite answer that question and he looks at Karissa .

“I am not sure how to answer your question about romance and passion. I mean I have a number of affairs with these silly, vain, women on Star Base 12 and within my father’s territory.”Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I can’t really tell if they are satisfied one way or the other, but again they are just one night stands and I never see them again.” Lord Andrew Charles tells Karissa .

“I am not looking for a one night stand with you. I want to marry you and make you my wife and Duchess and mother of our children.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I am not looking for a one night stand either, but again I am not looking for marriage either. “ Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles  “I am no man chattel or personal property nor will my children become a man’s chattel like in Islam.” Karissa states.

“Islam states that children are his.” Karissa states, “I don’t know what Islam was thinking unless they think their men are asexual.”

“Islam men must think they have wombs.” Karissa says with a laugh and I will never walk behind a man like Hindu teaches and thinks a woman is only half a person and has no worth.’ Karissa states.

“I will never obey my husband or listen to my husband and be submissive like Christianity teaches.” Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“Wives are to be submissive to their husbands and be quiet and such like, what utter nonsense.” Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“I am a Proud Norse Pagan and Paganism teaches women are equal to men and that is how it will remain and it will never change.” Karissa states.

“I am a Pagan too, I am Secular Pagan. I mean I respect My God and Goddess and I respect my Sabbats and honor my ancestors.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I respect nature and I protect it.” Lord Andrew Charles states, “ I don’t take it to the extremes.”

“I don’t sway to the right or the left and I believe being in the middle is the safest. I have no political affiliations and I detest ass backwards thinking.” Lord Andrew Charles explains.

“I have read the bloody history of both Christianity and Islam. '' Lord Andrew Charles states, “They are equally guilty of forcing innocent men and women to accept what they think is right but it may not be for some.”

“I don’t agree with Islam or Christianity that alternated lifestyle is sinful as I don’t believe every thing is sin.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I condemn no one if they live differently than I. “ Lord Andrew Charles states, “Who am I to say what is right for someone.”

“I think what matters is if the person is happy with his decision and no one has the right to judge that person on his or her decision on how to run his or her life.’ Lord Andrew Charles states.

“We don’t live in the medieval times whereas anyone's religion is wrong or right.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“You don’t have to be religious to have good manners, or morals.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I am a young man that has a vision and I need a good woman who will be with me through thick and thin and have our children, but I won’t take her freedom away.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“I have a vision for Star Base 12 and Norfolk Territory to bring it into the 22 century and out of the 21st century.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I want to abolish archaic pre-arranged marriages and I want to establish absolute primogeniture on Star Base 12  and within all the territories on Star Base 12 where the eldest child will be the one to inherit the title from his father regardless of his/her sex.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

Karissa listens to Lord Andrew Charles talk and she is quiet and finally she says “ I hear you and the only way that your dreams will come true is that you turn them into reality.”

“With you by my side I can do this Karissa..” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“Lord Andrew Charles. I am not looking for marriage to tie me down.” Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles.

“I am looking for a man to give me my daughter, Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane.” Karissa states.

“What if I give you that daughter but you have to realize she will become my heiress to The Dukedom of Norfolk Territory and she will be the great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“We have a similar agenda, Karissa .” Lord Andrew Charles tells Karissa..

“Lord Andrew Charles. People are not asexual and we can’t reproduce ourselves. It takes two to tango.” Karissa replies.

“I see that you didn’t take biology or sex education in the high price Parochial school on Star Base 12.” Karissa tells him.

“I took biology and chemistry at the Parochial School.” Lord Andrew Charles states, “but they didn’t offer the young men sex education.”

“What a pity?” Karissa tells him.

“Men are not asexual and men don’t have wombs.” Karissa states.

“The only way I will agree to marry any man is if our first child is a daughter and not a worthless male child.” Karissa states,

“Sons come a dime a dozen as you can testify by your own damn father and mine too, but daughters are a rare commodity.” Karissa states.

“Good Grief, no man can guarantee you a daughter on the first try.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“I promise no man that I will marry him with my daughter first.’ Karissa states.

“How in the world are we going to have the daughter you want so much if we don’t make love?” Lord Andrew Charles asks.

“Men don’t make love. They only have sex and they don’t know the first thing about making love.” Karissa states. “There is more to it.”

“Sex is slam, blam, and thank you Ma’am until next time, but making love means giving the person you heart, and soul. It is like dancing and the two people don’t stop until both are satisfied.” Karissa explains.

“Have you ever been in love, Lord Andrew Charles?” Karissa tells him.

“No, not until now when I saw you, Karissa.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“How can you love someone you just met and only seen a couple of times.” Karissa answers.

“I don’t believe in love at first sight.” Karissa explains “ If you can fall in love. You can fall out of love with that person.”

“Love takes time to manifest.” Karissa explains.

“Love can die as fast as it was born.” Karissa states.

“I am not without compassion and empathy for you Lord Andrew Charles, but I have always wanted a daughter who I can name Elizabeth Victoria An Beltane.” Karissa tells him.

“I know that if we come together we will be happy.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“Happiness is not based on any one person, but what is deep inside of you.” Karissa explains.

“Happiness is different things to different people. Seeing and wanting are two different things.” Karissa explains.

“You need a child to secure the Dukedom and to become Duke of Norfolk Territory, but I want a child but not for that reason.” Karissa explains.

“You would be placing our child into a difficult situation.” Karissa explains, “What if she didn’t want to succeed you?”

“I am sure that her younger sibling would be willing to become the next Duke or Duchess.” Lord Andrew Charles states.

“How many children do you expect to have?” Karissa asks.

“I really don’t know, but I want a big family.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“What is a big family to you?” Karissa asks.

“I want five children like my father.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“What did your mother say to your father about that?” Karissa asks.

“I didn't know I was born when they were married.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

“I will tell you this, if our first child is a daughter, and I agree to marry you. You will have to wait until Elizabeth turns 4 year old before we even try to have a second child.” Karissa explains.

“I will not marry you until you give me a daughter.” Karissa states.

“I give you my word I will become your morganic wife and I will stay with you and I will raise our son, it is up to you to name our son.” Karissa tells him.

“I don’t want a son named after me.” Lord Andrew Charles states, “ I have always liked the name Anthony Christopher for a son.”

“Whatever you decide for a son is fine with me.” Karissa states, “I have pre-chosen the names for my daughters and they are Caroline Matilda, Samhain, and Sophia Dorothea.”

Lord Andrew Charles Howard is adamant about marriage so that their child if a daughter is legitimate.

Karissa looks at Lord Andrew Charles and she tells him “I will think about your proposition.” and with that she walks away.

Lord Andrew Charles is kept in the dark until Karissa gives her decision if she will even spend the weekend with him.

Lord Andrew Charles is the most persistent young man on Star Base 12 and he doesn’t stop pursuing until she agrees to spend the weekend with him.
